shipment info

havent yet recieved my order is there a tracking number to follow the progress?

I have also not recieved my order and there appears to be no tracking system, very dissappointing

I did receive my order but it was wrong :( Now getting no reply to my 4 emails and 4 voicemails. Very poor customer service. Would def not recommend

have now just tried to add a comment, it wont be added until it is approved by a moderator. Does that mean I will get a reply to my complaint or will I be censored...? Watch this space...

I've just ordered another watch from you, it still hasn't arrived and it's been 3 weeks now. When trying to get in touch with you I get know response. This is the second watch ordered, the first was about 3 years ago, service was excellent, which is why I ordered another watch through you, but throughly disappointed this time.
